We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, photos, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, errors may occur.

4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Australia-Wide Shipping (Non-Electric Bikes)
Most bikes and accessories can be shipped to addresses across Australia. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
4.2 Electric Bike Delivery Restrictions
Electric bikes cannot be shipped interstate. Electric bikes are available only via:
- Local pickup in Nuriootpa (5 South Terrace)
- Local delivery within 10km of Nuriootpa
- Drop-off delivery to Metro Adelaide (for an additional fee)
If an interstate address is entered for an electric bike, checkout will not provide shipping options. You will be required to select a valid South Australian delivery or pickup option.
4.3 Delivery Timeframes
Shipping and delivery time estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier capacity, weather, or unforeseen factors.
5. Bike Assembly
Unless stated otherwise, bikes purchased online are shipped partially assembled or flat-packed and require final assembly by the customer. For safety, Barossa Bike recommends assembly by a qualified bike mechanic. Bikes collected locally may be available fully assembled depending on the model and staff availability.
6. Returns & Refunds
6.1 Change of Mind
We do not offer change-of-mind returns on bikes, e-bikes, or accessories purchased online or in store. Please choose carefully before completing your order.
6.2 Damaged or Faulty Products
If a product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos and details.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- A replacement
- A repair (where appropriate)
- A refund
Products damaged due to misuse, incorrect assembly, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for replacement or refund.
7. Warranty
Most bikes and components are covered by manufacturer warranty, not Barossa Bike directly. Warranty claims must follow the manufacturer’s process and conditions. Barossa Bike will assist where possible but is not responsible for manufacturer decisions.
8. Payments
We accept secure online card payments via our website’s checkout system.
We do not currently support:
- Bank transfers
- Buy Now Pay Later services (Zip, Afterpay, etc.)
All card payments are processed securely, and we do not store full credit card details.
